Looking around our world and society today there are many things happening that are out of our control.  How do we find our way through fear, pain, disappointments? Think for a moment about your friends and acquaintances.  Can you name someone that despite adversity or challenge seems to be able to draw upon an inner strength or sense of peace. I think you will find at their core a strong foundation of faith.

Do you know someone who is searching? ARE YOU SEARCHING?  Think .about building or strengthening your relationship with Jesus Christ.  Make your foundation solid. The treasure of faith found in the Catholic Church is rooted in Christ, His works, the Word and the celebration of the Sacraments.

If you are a fully initiated Catholic don’t stop reading!  You have a very important role to play…extend a personal invitation to someone you know who is searching…  an invitation to check out the Catholic Church through the RCIA.  The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, RCIA, is for seekers looking to find out more about the Catholic Church.  The process includes prayer, scripture, and a place to get your questions answered.

The RCIA is for people above the age of infant baptism.  It is for those never baptized or  those baptized in another denomination or church. If you were baptized in the Catholic Church but not receiving Eucharist / communion the RCIA is for your too.

If you are seeking or know someone who is, you can make contact with me Dannie Brzezinski by email- [email protected]gmail.com. I would love to speak with you. You also can make contact with the church office 946-4211.  Be sure to leave your name and contact information so I can connect with you.

The RCIA meets on Tuesday evenings, 7-8:30 p.m. in the lounge area of Centennial Hall.
